POSITION TITLE:    Summer Custodian

 

REPORTS TO:         Director of Facilties and Operations

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:   Full and Part time available

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be 16 years of age or older

 ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Ability to lift 50, and use of fingers, hands, arms, and legs
• Cleans and disinfects school district facilities
• Other duties as assigned

 

PREEMPLOYMENT PAPERWORK REQUIREMENTS:

• PA State Police Clearance (Act 34)
• Child Abuse Clearance (Act 151)
• FBI Fingerprint Clearance (Act 114)
• School Personnel Health Form (Physical and TB test)
• PDE 6004 Form (Act 24)
• Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release Form(s) (Act 168)
