POSITION TITLE:   Custodian (full and part-time) 

 

REPORTS TO:         Head Custodian/Director of Facilities/Building Principal 

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 12 month, hourly

 

Upper Perkiomen School District is seeking dedicated professionals for full time and part time custodial positions throughout the district; excellent benefits including, medical, dental, vision insurance and retirement plan. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Dimploma or Equivalent
• 1 year in similar position

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Ability to lift 50 pounds, and use of fingers, hands, arms, and legs
• Cleans and disinfects School District facilities
• Maintain supply closet
• Other duties as assigned

PREEMPLOYMENT PAPERWORK REQUIREMENTS:

• PA State Police Clearance (Act 34)
• Child Abuse Clearance (Act 151)
• FBI Fingerprint Clearance (Act 114)
• School Personnel Health Form (Physical and TB test)
• PDE 6004 Form (Act 24)
• Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release Form(s)
